Streetscape; Furniture & Public Art; Street Trees; Heritage; Building Controls; and Signage/ Wayfinding.
The Healesville Township Design Framework (TDF) builds on the previously adopted Healesville Structure Plan (2016) and will explore:
The TDF will build on what residents, businesses and visitors love about Healesville. It will provide guidelines, standards, and plans to help decision-making and could include things like transport, car parks, streetscapes, and recreational facilities. Ultimately, the Healesville TDF will ensure any new development celebrates the local character, foster places that community loves and achieves a functional, enjoyable, and attractive place to live, work and visit.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to our initial consultation to help shape the future vision, design, and development in Healesville Township. You can read more about what we heard (and how) in the Community Engagement Report.
