Update of Road Construction Works – Russell Road Group, Seville

Construction was originally anticipated for completion in late 2022.Due to inclement weather in 2022 and delays with the supply of key construction materials, completion of the project has been delayed. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

To date, the contractors have completed Russell Road and are making good progress along Norman Berry Drive.

We anticipate that within the next 2-3 months, works along all roads will have reached practical completion.

The appointed contractor for these works is Bells Civil Excavation Pty. Ltd, with Stephen Beecroft (0427 527 289) being the contractor site supervisor.

Please note, that recent funding cuts announced by the Federal Government do not impact these works being completed and it is business as usual for this construction project.
