What you told us

The Community were invited to provide feedback We heard from community members that Lions Park is commonly used for sit, relaxing and walking.

You told us;

• This park has always been a place of peace and quiet where people can sit on the grass
• The creek is one of the many jewels of the town that has been overlooked and under-utilised
• The creek is hidden, it should be more visible and open
• Provide more clear and aesthetically pleasing entrances to the park
• More seating should be provided throughout the park
• Make the eastern bank of the creek more accessible with path/boardwalk and seating
