Council is seeking expressions of interest for community groups or commercial businesses to occupy the property at 3420 Warburton Highway for a purpose that provides benefit to the community.

The property is a small brick building on the high side of the Warburton Highway, opposite the Warburton Bakery and the Thomas Avenue intersection, with a high amount of car and foot traffic on weekends.

The area has many vibrant cafes, restaurants, retail stores and a nearby gallery at the Warburton Waterwheel.

The town is popular with tourists, with winter visitors regularly driving through to visit Mount Donna Buang and attractions such as the East Warburton Redwood Forest and Warburton Water World in warmer months.

Express your interest

Any community groups or businesses interested in leasing the building are encouraged to read the draft lease and expression of interest documents below and return the expressions of interest form.
