Engage Victoria is the Victorian Government's centralised online consultation platform provided by the Department of Government Services. It provides a range of tools to enable the community to participate in the development of government policies and programs and share their ideas and opinions on a range of issues and topics relevant to Victorians.

Consultations (or projects) on Engage Victoria are run by the various departments of the Victorian Government as part of their public engagement strategies. Public engagement is a planned process with a specific purpose. It involves working with individuals and groups to encourage active involvement in decisions that affect them or are of interest to them. A consultation seeks feedback or advice on a select topic or project.

Engage Victoria is committed to upholding high standards in public engagement within the Victorian Government. It is guided by the recommendations of the Public Engagement Framework, which was developed with input from the Victorian public.
