As Mt Evelyn grows, so do the diverse needs of its community. In response, Council is reviewing the current parking restrictions within the township, to better respond to changes in demand. This project aims to create more equitable parking outcomes, ensuring that residents, business operators, and visitors all benefit from improved accessibility and fair access to parking.
Parking areas which are not managed by Council, such as private parking areas, are not included within the changes.
This project is aligned with the Parking Management Framework, as part of Council continuing to review and improve parking infrastructure in individual towns/ areas as required.
