We know our community is passionate about the annual hard rubbish and bundled branches collections. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we’re reviewing these services to make sure they continue to meet the needs of our geographically diverse community.

We’ve heard your feedback over the years; some are happy with the collection just as it is, some would prefer the collection to shift to a different time of year, and others would prefer a bookable (on-call) service.

We’re asking residents to complete a survey to help us better understand how you manage your hard rubbish and bundled branches, any challenges you might face with the current collections, and how we can improve the service in the future.

What we hear from you, together with service costs, environmental impacts and contractor availability, will help inform Council’s decision on the service going forward.
