Council has been advised that an application for review has been lodged with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). A date for the hearing of this application has not been fixed.
The Special Charge Scheme cannot progress further until VCAT have heard the matter and a written decision has been handed down. We will keep landowners informed on the progress of the scheme as soon as the information is available.

When you register for a Shaping Yarra Ranges, we collect: an email address, password, a name, location (post code or suburb only), year of birth and gender. It is necessary to complete each of these fields to register for an account.

This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of Yarra Ranges Council and its suppliers and licensors. Yarra Ranges Council owns and retains all proprietary rights in the intellectual property.
